Cancellation policy

1. Client cancellations

Cancellations must be communicated in writing to Alex Jet. The following cancellation charges apply unless otherwise stated in the charter agreement:

  • More than 72 hours before departure: deposit may be refunded less an administrative fee
  • Between 48 and 72 hours before departure: 50% of the total charter cost
  • Less than 48 hours before departure: 100% of the total charter cost

2. Company cancellations

The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule flights due to safety concerns, weather conditions, mechanical issues, crew duty limitations, regulatory requirements, or any other operational reason that renders the flight infeasible. In all such cases, the Client shall receive a full refund of all amounts paid or, at the Client's discretion, rebooking on an alternative flight at no additional cost.

3. Operational eligibility

All bookings are subject to operational eligibility confirmation. After payment, our sales team will review and confirm the flight details. If the Company is unable to confirm or accommodate the requested flight for any reason, the full amount paid — including any processing fees — will be refunded to the Client's original payment method.

4. Empty leg cancellations

Empty leg flights are repositioning flights offered at reduced rates. These flights are inherently subject to change or cancellation if the primary charter booking that created the empty leg is modified or cancelled. In such cases, the Client will receive a full refund of all amounts paid. Alex Jet will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative flight where available.

5. Refund processing

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of the cancellation confirmation. Credit card refunds will be returned to the original card used for payment. Cryptocurrency refunds will be issued at the equivalent value in the original cryptocurrency at the time of the refund.

6. Force majeure

The Company shall not be held liable for cancellations, delays, or diversions caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, government actions, pandemics, air traffic control restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control. In such cases, the Company will work with the Client to arrange an alternative flight or provide a full refund.

7. No-show policy

If the Client fails to appear at the designated departure point at the scheduled time without prior notice, the booking will be considered a no-show and no refund will be issued.
