1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the contractual relationship between Alex Jet LLC (Alex Jet), a limited liability company incorporated and registered in the United Arab Emirates ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), and any individual or entity ("Client", "you", or "your") who engages our private jet charter services or uses our website at alexjets.com.

2. Services

The Company provides private jet charter services, including but not limited to on-demand charter flights, empty leg flights, fixed base operations (FBO) services, and ancillary aviation services. All services are subject to aircraft availability, regulatory approvals, and these Terms.

3. Booking and confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation from the Company and payment of the required deposit or full charter fee, as specified in the charter agreement. All quotations are valid for 24 hours unless otherwise stated and are subject to aircraft and crew availability at the time of confirmation.

4. Pricing and payment

Charter prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) or as otherwise agreed. Prices include standard aircraft operating costs but may exclude additional charges such as landing fees, parking fees, handling charges, catering, ground transportation, and de-icing fees. Payment shall be made in full prior to departure unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing. The Company reserves the right to adjust pricing due to fuel surcharges, regulatory changes, or unforeseen operational costs.

5. Cancellation and refund policy

Cancellations must be communicated in writing. The following cancellation charges apply unless otherwise stated in the charter agreement:

  • More than 72 hours before departure: deposit may be refunded less an administrative fee
  • Between 48 and 72 hours before departure: 50% of the total charter cost
  • Less than 48 hours before departure: 100% of the total charter cost

The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule flights due to safety concerns, weather conditions, mechanical issues, crew duty limitations, or regulatory requirements without liability beyond providing a full refund or rebooking at no additional cost.

6. Passenger responsibilities

Passengers must provide valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and any other documentation required for the intended journey. Passengers are responsible for compliance with customs, immigration, and health regulations of all departure, transit, and destination countries. The Company shall not be liable for any consequences arising from a passenger's failure to comply with these requirements.

7. Luggage and prohibited items

Luggage allowance is subject to aircraft type and payload limitations. The Company reserves the right to refuse carriage of items that may pose a safety risk. Dangerous goods, weapons, illegal substances, and other prohibited items as defined by the UAE General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) and ICAO regulations shall not be carried on any flight.

8. Liability

The Company's liability for loss, damage, or injury arising from air carriage is governed by applicable international conventions, including the Montreal Convention where applicable, and UAE aviation law. The Company shall not be liable for delays, diversions, or cancellations arising from force majeure events, including but not limited to adverse weather, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, government actions, or pandemics.

9. Insurance

The Company maintains comprehensive aviation insurance in accordance with UAE GCAA requirements and international standards. Passengers are advised to arrange their own travel insurance to cover personal belongings, trip cancellation, and medical expenses.

10. Data protection

The Company processes personal data in accordance with applicable UAE data protection legislation and our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described therein.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

12. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website and shall take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
