Order conditions

1. Booking confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation from Alex Jet and payment of the required deposit or full charter fee. All quotations are valid for 24 hours unless otherwise stated and are subject to aircraft and crew availability at the time of confirmation.

2. Pricing

Charter prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) or as otherwise agreed. Prices include standard aircraft operating costs but may exclude additional charges such as landing fees, parking fees, handling charges, catering, ground transportation, and de-icing fees. The Company reserves the right to adjust pricing due to fuel surcharges, regulatory changes, or unforeseen operational costs.

3. Payment terms

The full charter amount, including any applicable processing fees, is charged at the time of booking. The Company accepts payment via credit card and major cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin and Ethereum. A payment processing fee is applied based on the payment method selected:

• Credit card payments: 3% processing fee
• Cryptocurrency payments: 1% processing fee

All bookings are subject to operational eligibility confirmation. If the Company is unable to confirm or accommodate the requested flight, the full amount paid, including any processing fees, will be refunded to the original payment method.

4. Passenger responsibilities

Passengers must provide valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and any other documentation required for the intended journey. Passengers are responsible for compliance with customs, immigration, and health regulations of all departure, transit, and destination countries. The Company shall not be liable for any consequences arising from a passenger's failure to comply with these requirements.

5. Luggage and prohibited items

Luggage allowance is subject to aircraft type and payload limitations. The Company reserves the right to refuse carriage of items that may pose a safety risk. Dangerous goods, weapons, illegal substances, and other prohibited items as defined by applicable aviation regulations shall not be carried on any flight.

6. Schedule changes

The Company reserves the right to change departure times and routes due to weather conditions, air traffic control restrictions, crew duty limitations, or other operational requirements. In the event of a significant schedule change, the Company will inform the Client as soon as practicable and work to arrange a suitable alternative.

7. Empty leg conditions

Empty leg flights are offered on a one-way basis at reduced rates. These flights are subject to change or cancellation if the primary charter booking that created the empty leg is modified or cancelled. In such cases, the Client will be offered a full refund or an alternative flight where available.

8. Insurance

The Company maintains comprehensive aviation insurance in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and international standards. Passengers are advised to arrange their own travel insurance to cover personal belongings, trip cancellation, and medical expenses.
